LA residents sue city over Hollywood sign crowds: "Reached its peak"
A group of residents who live near the world-famous Hollywood Sign, which attracts millions of visitors from around the world every year, have filed public nuisance lawsuits against the city of Los Angeles, asking officials to do more.
The lawsuits aren't looking for money. Instead, they seek a court order that would force the city to maintain the area so it's "free of obstructions, health hazards, fire risks and other public nuisances."
