This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses Twice Daily Wire. The Service is a reading brief, not a community network. There is no public comment board. The rules below therefore emphasize republication, automation, and abuse of the Service rather than forum moderation.

• Republish, mirror, frame, or commercially redistribute editions or Wire Materials;
• Use Wire Materials or Third-Party Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system without prior written consent of the relevant rights holders;
• Circumvent technical restrictions, rate limits, or paywalls on destination sites;
• Interfere with security, inject malware, or attempt unauthorized access;
• Misrepresent your identity in a legal, privacy, or editorial request;
• Use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark, or publicity rights, or to defame;
• Submit unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing communications;
• Probe the Service in a way that degrades it for other readers.

Emails, tips, and notices are the only user-generated material we presently receive. You retain ownership of what you send, subject to the license in the Terms of Use. You represent that your submission is lawful and that you have the rights to send it. We may decline, delete, or refer it to law enforcement. Submissions are not our views.

We may block automated access, refuse service, preserve logs, and seek injunctive relief or damages. We may report illegal conduct. Enforcement is discretionary and does not create a duty to monitor.
