Trump and major AI executives sign "morally binding" voluntary controls

Lindsay Clancy was back in Plymouth Superior Court Tuesday for the first time since her high-profile Massachusetts murder trial ended in a mistrial due to a hung jury on Sept. 4.

Caleb Flynn, the former "American Idol" contestant and pastor, has been found guilty of murder in the killing of his wife , Ashley, after he tried to pin the blame on an intruder breaking into his home in February. Flynn was found guilty of nine charges in total, including aggravated murder and three charges of murder, two charges of felonious assault and three charges of tampering with evidence. The jury also found Flynn used a firearm in relation to seven of the charges, which carries a sentencing enhancement to those crimes.

Two Indian nationals have been indicted on conspiracy and smuggling charges related to an international scheme to sell counterfeit Ozempic to U.S. distributors, according to court filings unsealed on Tuesday. Swapnadip Roy, 33, and Vicky Ramancha, 37, who are both residents of Dubai and Indian citizens, were indicted in the Middle District of Florida in 2025 for allegedly smuggling counterfeit Ozempic to distributors in the United States at discounted prices.

The Supreme Court said in an unsigned order it will hear arguments in the challenge to the Trump administration's third-country-removal policy in December.
