WASHINGTON — A plea agreement hearing in federal court has been set for Tuesday in the case of an ex-CIA officer found with 303 gold bars worth $40 million at his home, according to court records. Court records show that the hearing Tuesday afternoon has been set before U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff in Alexandria, Virginia.

A school bus filled with children rolled over in a multi-vehicle crash Monday morning in central Florida, killing two and injuring multiple others, according to authorities. The bus was traveling to a high school and carrying 39 passengers, including 37 high schoolers, the bus driver and the driver's 9-year-old daughter, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a press conference Monday morning. Two people died in the crash, including a tenth-grade girl on the bus and an individual in a Jeep involved in the crash, Judd said.

Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt is joining Fox News as a contributor, the cable news network announced Monday. She begins Nov. 1, and will provide commentary across shows, Fox News said in a news release.
