US, Ukrainian and European negotiators held talks in Miami on Friday to seek a common proposal to end the war in Ukraine, as President Donald Trump's decision to ease restrictions on Russian fuel drew criticism from lawmakers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Twenty-four investigations have been opened by French police watchdog IGPN into incidents linked to the ongoing high school protest movement, the interior ministry said. The police response has reignited calls to scrap rubber bullets and launcher-fired riot-control weapons, long denounced by rights groups and UN experts as dangerous and excessive.
Philadelphia police said the tip was "flagged as spam", but criticised the tech company for taking more than two months to detect and report the breach.
