This comes as the Tompkins County district attorney said he's reopening the criminal case , saying the victim's original statement does not match the lawsuit's allegations. CBS News New York has exclusively obtained additional video of the fraternity's group Snapchat conversation from the night a former Cornell student says she was drugged and raped inside the Chi Phi fraternity house.

Dennis Haskins, who is best known for his role on the hit sitcom "Saved By The Bell," has died at 75, his agent confirmed to ABC News. "It’s a tragic loss. Everyone loved Mr. Belding and those of us who got to know Dennis, loved him even more. He was a great person, and he loved, I mean absolutely LOVED his fans. He always had time for them, no matter what," his agent Jay Schachter said. He played Principal Richard Belding on three separate shows. First in the Disney Channel show "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" in 1989, which was later recreated into NBC's "Saved By The Bell."

Caleb Flynn, 40, has pleaded not guilty to murder, assault and tampering with evidence charges in the February shooting of Ashley Flynn, 37, a schoolteacher and volleyball coach, at their Tipp City home, north of Dayton. Flynn and their two daughters were home when police arrived.
