The man who already pleaded guilty to more than 100 state criminal charges, including first-degree murder, for an attack on the Pearl Street Mall in June 2025, appeared in federal court on Thursday where he changed his plea to guilty on a dozen charges.

Next week's midterm elections could prove momentous for Social Security, with time running out to put the program on solid financial ground.
